My career spans more than 30 years so I know a thing or two about spearheading design teams, immersing myself in a brief, educating future generations of design talent and the never-ending pursuit of next-level work.

Although I have accumulated many awards and titles over the years like Creative Director, Chief Creative Officer and then on to President, none of this would have been possible without truly mastering creative leadership. It is this leadership that built the most powerful creative teams and some of the world's biggest brands. In addition to leading and building design teams, I have also been a Professor of Design, where I embraced the challenge of nurturing creative talent and have applied that experience to every facet of my career.

The world of design is always changing, but my ability to build and lead design teams across many different types of media hasn't. "Have laptop, will create." A cliché statement of course but one that exemplifies my creative leadership. My only goals are to lead, inspire and energize creative talent while disrupting category dynamics for the brand.

I have successfully won pitches for some of the world's largest brands spanning every category across all media. How? I stay close to the work, because the work is what drives me. Uncovering the heart of the brand is not just expected, it is my specialty.

I am a research junkie...my inquisitive nature compels me to uncover the smallest nuances of the brand, and to question every facet of today's consumer, business and culture. My experience spans literally every category from food, beverages and spirits to personal care, automotive, corporate and web.
